Accent Reduction
Whether you are frustrated with having to repeat yourself to be understood or just want to adopt a more native way of speaking, accent reduction is an excellent way to boost your confidence. I work with accents of all types, including European, Asian (Chinese, Japanese, etc), and South Asian (East Indian). My highly customized accent reduction lessons include:
- A written assessment of problem areas
- One-on-one coaching: in person or online*
- Mp3 sound recordings that accompany the handouts for extra practice
- Exercises and word lists customized specifically for you
- Conversational component to reinforce new-found skills
Business Communication Coaching
The way that you communicate has an enormous impact on your professional relationships, quality of work, and opportunity to advance in a business environment. You know that you can ‘do the job’, but how good are you at expressing your personality and abilities in a letter, interview, or presentation? I offer personalized coaching in the following areas:

Rates*
Introductory Special: $20/hr for the first TWO lessons
(Includes skills assessment and customized learning program)
One-on-One Rates: $30-50/hr
Group Rates: $60/hr for 2 ,$80/hr for 3-4 students
* All prices are in Canadian dollars, and GST/HST will be added for applicable provinces
How I Work
I accept up to five students (or small groups) at any one time. The reason for this is because I am dedicated to the success of each and every one of my students, and take the time outside of formal lessons to develop and customize my materials and methods, and provide continued support beyond our face-to-face interactions.
